Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements represent a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means ₱5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted). In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, 788jl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. 788jl will not pay out winnings that result from a technical malfunction or software error.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 788jl's live chat or email support. Pending any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds, withdrawable wallet balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 788jl's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
788jl shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party payment systems, internet service providers, or circumstances beyond 788jl's reasonable control; (d) unauthorized access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to implement adequate security measures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 788jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under Philippine law.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your 788jl experience — including game outcomes, payment processing, account actions, or customer service — you should first contact 788jl's support team via live chat. 788jl aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 5 business days. Complex complaints may take longer and will be communicated accordingly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 788jl's internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to this jurisdiction for the purpose of any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
